One of our major challenges nowadays. We have an additional influence on our environment by going abroad. Enjoying this privilege leads us to a big responsibility. We need to be aware of the consequences we cause and try to secure our planet for future Erasmus Generations.

As much as we need to take care of our surroundings, we have to take care of ourselves. Being far away from our home and out of our comfort zone, presents us with a tough challenge. ESN prioritizes physical and mental health for everyone and offers first support in all circumstances.

ESN welcomes everyone regardless of their social background, religion, sexual orientation, gender, skin color, disabilities or any other factors susceptible to discrimination. Our events are planned so that most probably all people can participate. With specific events we also want to sensibilize about special needs and minimize social inequality.

We want to spread the idea and spirit of our network to everyone, but especially to young people, who will be the future Erasmus generation. By collaborating with local or international organizations we all become ESN ambassadors - already during but even more after our stay abroad.

After all the adventures of your studies, new challenges will come up such as entering the job market. ESN supports international students as well as their volunteers to discover their strengths, promote new skills and connect to possible employers or future collaborations.

ESN is incredibly rich in culture because members and participants are from all over the world. Everyone can share their own culture and dive into a lot of new cultures. Our Events are a platform for cultural exchange in every imaginable way. Our ESN partners, for example, enable you to travel through Europe, by providing discounts or events.
